Sometimes DC Comics makes me feel like Jack Sparrow having to repeatedly watch pirates sail away on his beloved Black Pearl
And it’s not just one ship, either. It’s an ocean liner full of hopes, dreams, minorities, positive relationships, unicorns, families, and babies. And as you flail your arms and cry to every editorial team or higher power possible, they steer it toward the rocks, asking “oh, is this where you want us to go?”. And as you look on in mute horror, a single tear streaks down your cheek because that is the opposite of what you wanted and how could you do that to all of the minorities and unicorns and ladies and babies.
